Article 40 In order to carry out duties as referred to in Article 39, the State Intelligence Agency has the powers: a. to coordinate policies on Intelligence; b. to coordinate the implementation of Intelligence functions with State Intelligence institutions; c. to organize and manage the State Intelligence system; d. to specify the classification of Intelligence Secret; and e. to foster the use of Intelligence equipment and material.
