The Board,
Having perused the Telecommunications Law issued by Decree Law No. 34 of 2006;
Emiri Resolution No. 29 of 1996 regarding the decisions of the Council of Ministers
that are submitted to the Emir for certification and promulgation; and
The Council of Ministers’ approval of the draft of this Resolution in its ordinary
meeting No. 24 of 2008 held on 2/7/2008;
Hereby resolves the following:
Articles
Article 1 - Introduction
The By-Law for the Telecommunications Law enclosed with this Resolution shall be effective from the date
when this resolution comes into force.
Article 2 - Introduction
All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall implement this Resolution which shall come into
force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
