Amendment of section 2, Act XL of 2016.- In the Prevention of Electronic Crime s Act. 20 t6 (XL of 20 I 6), hereina fter referred to as the said Act, in section 2- after clause (xrx), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:"(xxxa) "Tribunal" means the Telecommunication Appellate Tribunal established under section 7A ofthe Pakistan Telecomnrunication (re-organization) Act. I996 (XVII of 1996) as amended tkough the Establishment of Telecomrnunication Appellate Tribunal Act, 2024 (XXV of 2024).". 7.
