4. Working on the radio frequency ranges which
the equipment design to operate so that do not
cause harmful interference and consistence with the
national plan for the distribution of frequency
spectrum ranges.
Article 34: Telecommunications equipment &
systems importers are obliged of the following:
1.
To register with the Authority & obtain the
necessary license from the Authority.
2.
To import the type-approved equipment by
the Authority where an approval certificate issued
for.
Article 35:
1.
The importer of the telecommunications
equipment & systems shall file an application to the
Authority regarding the telecommunications
equipment & systems wants to import on the form
designed for this purpose.
2. The applicant shall submit all the documents
that prove the compliance of the equipment with
the requirements stated in Article (33); & shall
provide Arabic versions related to the security and
other important information to the beneficiaries.
The Authority may reject the application in the
absence of the documents in the above mentioned
documents.

يتقدم إىل اهليئة بطلب املوافقة على نوعية أجهزة
وذلك،وأنظمة االتصاالت اليت يرغب يف استريادها
.على النموذج املعد هلذا الغرض
على مقدم الطلب أن يرفق مع طلبه مجيع

املستندات اليت تثبت توافق اجلهاز مع املتطلبات
كما عليه إرفاق نسخ اللغة،)33( الواردة يف املادة
العربية للنصوص اخلاصة بتحذيرات األمان
.وغريها من املعلومات املهمة اخلاصة باملستخدمني
اذا مل يتمكن مقدم الطلب من توفري املستندات
فللهيئة رفض،املشار إليها يف البندين السابقني
