Article 91: Pursuant to Interconnection conditions
stated in the enforced licenses, the dominant licensee
shall provide interconnection for the other licensees and
other service providers whether by standard
interconnection approved by the Authority or on the
basis case by case according to the negotiations, where
the agreement result from each negotiation shall be
forwarded to the Authority for its approval. The
approved agreement shall be published.

على املرخص،املنصوص عليها يف الرتاخيص السارية
له املهيمن توفري الربط البيين للمرخص هلم
وملوفري اخلدمة اآلخرين إما عن طريق عرض
أو،الربط البيين املرجعي املعتمد من قبل اهليئة
،على أساس كل حالة على حدة بناءً على املفاوضات
على أن خيضع االتفاق الناتج عنها ملوافقة اهليئة

Article 92: Forth: Dominant Licensees Obligations:
إلتزامات املرخص له املهيمن: رابعاك:)92( املادة
يلتررزم املرررخص لرره املهرريمن بإتاحررة عرررض الررربط
The dominant licensee shall be obliged of the availability
of the interconnection reference offer, negotiations
procedures for all where the following conditions in the
reference shall be included:
1. The reference terms and conditions shall be
reasonable and without discrimination.
2. Prices shall be reasonable transparent based on cost
where feasibility is met.
3. Quality of service shall not be less than those
provided for comparable services by him or those
provided one of his branches or incorporate where he
has a share of its capital.
4.
The possibility of providing additional points to
the points of the terminal network available to the
beneficiaries, upon request, in accordance to prices
reflecting the cost of the construction of the necessary
additional points
Agreements shall be held on the dates set forth
according to Article 81 in accordance to limit and
conditions stated in the Act.
