2015 ‫الالئحة التنفيذية‬ ‫الباب العاشر‬ ‫حقوق االرتفاق‬ ‫ مكررا) من القانون‬9-51( ‫املادة‬ Chapter Ten Easement Rights Article (51-9) of the Act Article 53: The Authority may grant easement right over land for the purpose of the license for class I licensees on land, premises and constructions in return of a fair compensation. Article 54: No licensees have the right to make, construct & establish any telecommunications system on any high way or any public place, upon, across, under, over without obtaining the necessary approvals for the concerned bodies. Article 55: If the licensee finds it difficult to get the concerned bodies approvals to operate telecommunications systems or to obtain collocation to establish & operate stations, tower and antennas, with an application with reasonable commercial basis, the licensee may apply to the Authority for the following: 1. Ask the Authority assistance to get the necessary approval from the concerned parties by coordinating with those parties to reach a compromising solution taking in consideration the other citizens` right in using the way & public places. 2. Assisting the licensee to obtain this right on reasonable basis for the concerned body and the licensee.
