Article 65: The Authority shall assign a number of
registers to an employee who shall be individually in
charge of making records on them. Such records
shall be in his custody and under his responsibility.
Article 66: The employee in charge shall make
records in the registers in his custody by following
the rules and procedures outlined in the guidelines
issued by the Authority.
