6. Provide access to the columns, pipes, channels and
easements owned or controlled by other service
providers in accordance with the terms of fair prices and
cost-based and non-discriminatory and transparent.
Article 94: 1.The dominant licensee shall provide to
other licensees the co-location of equipment sites
necessary for interconnection in term of fair conditions,
cost based rates, non-discriminatory and transparent.
2.If co-location is not practical for technical reasons or
space constraints, the dominant licensees shall provide an
alternative solution, or facilitate default co-location on
sites, and in both cases such condition shall be done in
accordance in terms of fair prices, cost based rates and
non-discriminatory and transparent.
Article 95: Co-location shall be provided in submarine
cable stations to other licensees according to framework,
guidelines issued by the Authority in this regards.
Article 96: The licensee shall be obliged of the provision
of public telecommunications services not stipulating
unreasonable or non-discriminatory limits and conditions
on retail of these services.
Article 97: The licensee shall be obliged by any
regulations or technical specifications or rules or
guidelines issued by the Authority in the purpose of
systems and licensed services operational conformity with
affordable telecommunications services from other
licensed operators in appropriate technical and
economical manner.
