علررى املرررخص لرره التأكررد مررن أن كررل:)98( املررادة
Article 98: The licensee shall ensure that all the
licensed system components and connected
equipment used in the provision of the licensed
services are approved according to Article (8-6) or
Article (51-6)of the Act or the executing
regulations and compliance with the technical
specification determined and approved by the
Authority.
Article 99: The licensee shall be obliged of all the
international technical and regulatory standards
applicable to systems and telecommunications
equipment service used or provide by him like
ITU Standards, or standards determined and
approved by the Authority.

موافرق،واليت تستعمل يف ت��فري اخلدمات املرخصرة

القانون أو اللوائح السارية أو تتوافق مرع مواصرفات

Article 100: The Licensee shall ensure that all
devices with embedded or linked systems used in
the provision of services by providing the licensee
has been approved by the Commission.
Chapter Seventeen
Licensing the ciphering in
telecommunications& computer networks
Article 101: In the license stated on Article (48) of
the Act, the license determine the people permit
the operation, conditions, regulatory reserving
cipher key according to decision issued by the
Authority including prescribed fee in return of
license issuing with coordination with the
concerned bodies.
