Amendment
The Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 101
1996 is hereby amended as follows:
Article 6 is repealed and replaced by the following new
Article 6:
"6. The authorized capital of the Corporation is Birr
5,200,000,000 (five billion two hundred million Birr) of
which Birr 1,832,838,762 (one billion eight hundred
thirty two million eight hundred thirty eitht thousand
seven hundred sixty two Birr) is paid up in cash and in
kind."
