The Council of Ministers is the body entrusted with implementing the public policies of the state, and it shall, in particular, undertake the following: – Submitting recommendations to the Sultan on matters of concern to the state, including proposing draft laws and royal decrees. – Safeguarding the interests of citizens and guaranteeing the availability of the necessary services to them. – Determining the general objectives and policies for comprehensive development, and the necessary procedures for their implementation. – Debating development plans prepared by the 1/20/2025, 3:02 PM
