Short Title ፩. አጭር ርዕስ ይህ አዋጅ የኢትዮጵያ ዜና አገልግሎትን እንደገና This Proclamation may be cited as the "Ethiopian News ለማቋቋም የወጣ አዋጅ Service ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፲፭ /፪ሺ፲፩ No. 2.
