gA ፲፫ሺ፻፲፮ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፭/ "ይዘት ሊይ የመወሰን ኃሊፉነት" ማሇት Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 5/ responsibility” means the በዜና ወይም በፕሮግራም መረጣ ወይም exercise of effective control over both the አቀራረብ selection of the news or programs and ሊይ ውጤታማ ቁጥጥርን over their organization; ተግባራዊ ማዴረግ ነው፤ ፮/ “Editorial 13116 “ዜና” ማሇት አካባቢያዊ፣ ክሌሊዊ፣ ሀገራዊ 6/ “News” means transmission of report on ወይም ዓሇም አቀፊዊ ይዘት ያሊቸው እና current affairs having local, regional, ወቅታዊ national or international content presented የሆኑ በየጊዜው ጉዲዮችን በሚወጣ በብሮዴካስት በበይነመረብ በሚመሇከት ህትመት አገሌግልት መገናኛ ብዙሃን ወይም through ወይም service, or online media; periodicals, or broadcasting አማካኝነት የሚቀርብ የዘገባ ሥርጭት ነው፤ ፯/ “ፕሮግራም” ማሇት በየ፳፬ ሰዓቱ ወይም ሰፊ 7/ ያሇ ጊዜ ጠብቆ ቀጣይነት ባሇው ሁኔታ audio, visual or audiovisual content, በዴምፅ፣ በምስሌ ወይም በዴምፅና በምስሌ produced and transmitted locally through ተቀነባብሮ ሕዝብን ሇማሳወቅ ወይም any broadcasting service and online ሇማስተማር ወይም ሇማዝናናት ወይም media whether over 24 hours or extensive ሁለንም እና አካቶ በብሮዴካስት በበይነመረብ period of time, intended to inform or አገሌግልት መገናኛ educate or entertain the public, or ብዙሃን inclusive of all; አማካኝነት የሚቀርብ ዝግጅት ነው፤ ፰/ “የብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴ” ማሇት የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ሇመስጠት ሇብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴ 8/ በባሇሥሌጣኑ አመሌካች ፲/ “የብሮዴካስት “Broadcasting license” means a license issued by the Authority granted to an የሚሰጥ applicant for the purpose of providing a broadcasting service; ፇቃዴ ነው፤ ፱/ “Program” means a continuous feed of ባሇፇቃዴ” ማሇት በዚህ 9/ “Broadcasting licensee” means a person አዋጅና በአዋጁ መሠረት በሚወጡ ዯንቦች that has been granted a broadcasting እና የብሮዴካስት service license in accordance with this አገሌግልት ሇመስጠት የፀና የብሮዴካስት Proclamation or Regulations or Directives አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ የተሰጠው ሰው ነው፤ issued hereunder; መመሪያዎች “የፇቃዴ ማሇት በብሮዴካስት የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልቱን target area of a broadcasting service as ሇመስጠት ተሇይቶ የተቀመጠ አካባቢ ነው፤ specified in the relevant broadcasting ፇቃዴ አካባቢ” መሠረት ሊይ 10/ “License area” means the geographical license;
