The ፓርቲ የሚመዯበው ዝቅተኛ አየር ሰዓት minimum airtime allocated to political በማዴረግ ይሆናሌ፡፡ ማስቻሌን ሇአንዴ parties shall be clearly determined. በግሌጽ መቀመጥ ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ ‹ ፯/ በማንኛውም ሁኔታ ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ሇሌዩ ሕዝብ እና ሇንግዴ ባሇፇቃድች 7/ obligations of commercial broadcasting service and special public broadcasting ነፃ service providers to ከሕዝብ allocate free airtime to political parties ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃድች ያነሰ during election period shall be lower የአየር ጊዜ የመስጠት ግዳታ than public service broadcasting under መሆን አሇበት፡፡ any circumstances. ‹‹‹( ፰/ The ነፃ የአየር ጊዜ የተሰጠው የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲ 8/ The political party or private candidate ወይም የግሌ እጩ ተወዲዲሪ ሇተሰራጨው provided with free airtime shall be ፕሮግራም ወይም መግሇጫ ኃሊፉ ይሆናሌ፡፡ responsible for the program or statement transmitted. ፱/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ የፖሇቲካ ማስታወቂያ እንዱያሰራጭ አይገዯዴም፤ 9/ A broadcasting service licensee is not required to broadcast a political ይህን ሇማዴረግ ከመረጠ ግን በፓርቲዎች advertisement. But if the licensee chooses መካከሌ አዴሌኦ ከማዴረግ፣ አንዴ ፓርቲን to do so, the broadcaster may not በተሇየ ሁኔታ በማስበሇጥ በላሊ ፓርቲ ሊይ ቅዴመ ግምት ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ ከማሳዯር መቆጠብ discriminate against any political party or make or give any preference to any political party or subject any political party to any prejudice.
