Chapter Five Free Uses ‫الفصل الخامس‬ ‫االستعماالت الحرة‬ Article 19 19 ‫مادة‬ It is permissible to produce in a legitimate manner a single copy of a published work merely for personal ‫يجوز دون إذن املؤلف ودون أداء تعويض عمل نسخة وحيدة من أصل مصنف منشور بصفة مشروعة أو من نسخة مشروعة‬ use without obtaining the author’s permission and without payment of a compensation. This shall not -:‫ وال يسري ذلك على‬،‫منه بقصد االستعمال الشخص ي املحض‬ be applicable to the following: A. Reproduction of architectural engineering works embodied in the form of buildings or any .‫ استنساخ مصنفات الهندسة املعمارية املجسدة في شكل مبان أو أية منشآت أخرى‬.‫أ‬ other installations. B. Reproduction by photocopying of a written work in whole or in a substantial part thereof. .‫ بالكامل أو لجزء جوهري منه‬- ‫ االستنساخ التصويري ملصنف – مكتوب‬.‫ب‬ C. Reproduction by photocopying of a musical work consisting of musical notes in full or a .‫ بالكامل أو لجزء كبير منه‬،‫ عبارة عن نوتة موسيقية‬،‫ االستنساخ التصويري ملصنف موسيقي‬.‫ج‬ substantial part thereof. ً ً D. Article 20 20 ‫مادة‬ Temporary reproduction of any work is permissible without the author’s permission and without :‫ االستنساخ املؤقت ألي مصنف بالشروط التالية‬،‫يجوز دون إذن املؤلف ودون أداء تعويض‬ payment of a compensation under the following conditions: ً A.
