Painting works using lines or colors, sculptures, inscriptions, lithograph, printing on fabrics, ،‫ والنحت والنقش والطباعة على الحجر أو األقمشة أو الخشب أو املعادن‬،‫ مصنفات الرسم بالخطوط أو باأللوان‬.‫ز‬ wood or metals and any other similar works of this nature. .‫وأية مصنفات مماثلة ألي من ذلك‬ H. Applied works of art. .‫ مصنفات الفنون التطبيقية‬.‫ح‬ I. Photographic works and similar works. .‫ املصنفات الفوتوغرافية وما يماثلها‬.‫ط‬ J. Illustrations, geographical maps, designs, sketch and 3-D works related to geography, ‫ الرسومات التوضيحية والخرائط الجغرافية والتصميمات والرسوم التخطيطية (اإلسكتشات) واملصنفات ثالثية‬.‫ي‬ topography, architecture or science. .‫األبعاد املتعلقة بالجغرافيا أو الطبوغرافيا أو العمارة أو العلوم‬ ً A work’s title shall enjoy the same protection prescribed for the work if the title is of a creative nature. .‫ويتمتع عنوان املصنف بذات الحماية املقررة للمصنف إذا كان العنوان مبتكرا‬ Article 3 3 ‫مادة‬ Derivative works shall enjoy the protection provided for in this Law and such works shall include the :‫ وتشمل هذه املصنفات بوجه خاص‬،‫تتمتع املصنفات املشتقة بالحماية املنصوص عليها في هذا القانون‬ following in particular: .‫ الترجمات واالقتباسات والتوزيعات املوسيقية والتحويرات‬.‫أ‬ A. Translations, quotations, musical arrangements and adaptations. B. Collections of works, folkloric expressions such as encyclopedias and selections, databases ‫ وقواعد البيانات سواء كانت في شكل مقروء من‬،‫ كاملوسوعات واملختارات‬،‫ مجموعات املصنفات وتعابير الفلكلور‬.‫ب‬ whether in a readable format from a computer or in any other form, whether such collections .‫ إذا كانت هذه املجموعات أو قواعد البيانات مبتكرة من حيث اختيار أو ترتيب محتوياتها‬،‫الحاسب أو بشكل آخر‬ of databases are created in terms of the selection or arrangement of their contents. .‫وذلك كله دون املساس بالحماية املقررة للمصنفات األصلية التي اشتقت منها تلك املصنفات‬ The above shall be without prejudice to the protection prescribed for the original works from which such woks were derived. 4 ‫مادة‬ Article 4 :‫ال تشمل الحماية ما يلي‬ Protection shall not include the following: .‫ مجرد األفكار واألساليب وطرق العمل واملفاهيم الرياضية واملبادئ واالكتشافات والبيانات‬-‫أ‬ A. Abstract ideas, procedures, methods of work, methods of operation and mathematical concepts, principles, discoveries and data. B.
