Article (40) The user shall not use the information acquired from WHOIS Service to communicate with the Registrants for unlawful purposes or for advertising, marketing or any other commercial purposes. Article (41) In the event of changing his data, the Registrant shall notify the Accredited Registrar with the new data within thirty (30) days of the amendment date, and the Accredited Registrar shall update that data in the WHOIS Service within five working days of notification date.
