Under RA No. 11256, income derived from the sale of gold pursuant to RA
No. 7076 are excluded from gross income for income tax purposes, and are

implementation of the Universal Health Care Act of 2019. Subsequently, RA
No. 11467, which also took effect on 1 January 2020, increased the excise
tax on distilled spirits, wines, and fermented liquor and amended provisions
introduced by RA No. 11346 imposing excise taxes on heated tobacco
products and vapor products.
