Article 20.10. Illegal cultivation of medicinal plants 1. If raw materials for narcotic drugs and psychoactive substances are illegally cultivated or cultivated, the right to travel shall be restricted for a period of one to five years, or imprisonment for a period of one to five years. 2. If a large amount of damage has been caused, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a period of two to eight years. 3. If the crime specified in paragraph 1 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity or for the benefit of a legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine of twenty thousand units to one hundred and twenty thousand units. 4. If the crime specified in Section 2 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity or for the benefit of a legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine of 200,000 units to 400,000 units. Article 20.12. Sale and distribution of unhygienic food products 1. In case of deliberate sale or distribution of unhygienic food or food supplements that may cause harm to human health, serious damage to human health or substantial damage is caused, a fine of five thousand four hundred units to twenty seven thousand units, or restriction of the right to travel for a period of one to five years. /This section was amended by the law dated May 11, 2017/ /This section was amended by the law of January 10, 2020./ 2. Because of this crime: 2.1. severe damage to human health or loss of human life; 2.2. If a large amount of damage is caused, a fine of ten thousand to forty thousand units or imprisonment for a term of two to eight years shall be imposed. 3. If the crime specified in Section 1 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity and for the benefit of the legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine in the amount of ten thousand to eighty thousand units, depriving the legal entity of certain types of activities. 4. If the crime specified in part 2 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity or for the benefit of a legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine of twenty thousand units to one hundred and twenty thousand units. Article 20.13. Commissioning of low-quality buildings and structures 1. If there is severe damage to human health, loss of life, or significant damage to property due to the construction, construction, or operation of low-quality buildings without the permission of the competent authority, or other than the approved design, or from five thousand four hundred to twenty units shall be fined in the amount equal to seven thousand units, or restricted in the right to travel for a period of one to five years, or imprisoned for a period of one to five years. 2.
