In establishing terms and conditions for
interconnection, the licensee shall adhere to the
following principles:
يلتزم املرخص له عند وضع شروط وأحكام الربط
1. The
terms
and
conditions
of
an
interconnection agreement shall promote
increased public use of telecommunications
services or more efficient use of
telecommunication facilities.

زيادة استخدام خدمات االتصاالت أو استخدام

2. Interconnection agreements must facilitate endto- end connectivity by ensuring that any call
originated on the telecommunications system of an
interconnecting licensed operator is able to be
terminated at any point on the telecommunications
system of any other telecommunication services
provider on a non- discriminatory basis.
3. The transmission of calls across and with
telecommunications system should be seamless to
both the calling and called parties.
4. Procedures for forecasting, ordering and
provisioning interconnection must be efficient,
necessary and occur within reasonable time frames.
5. The facilities or system used for interconnection
shall be provided in sufficient capacity to enable
the efficient transfer of signals between
interconnected telecommunication systems.
:البيين مراعاة اآلتي
) أن تتيح اتفاقيات الربط البيين امكانية التوصيل2
من نقطة انتهائية إىل نقطة انتهائية أخرى عن
طريق التأكد من أن أية مكاملة تصدر من نظام
اتصاالت تابع ملرخص له موفر للربط البيين سيكون
من املمكن إنهاء توصيلها عند أي نقطة يف نظام
االتصاالت التابع ألي مرخص آخر خبدمات االتصاالت
