Reliance may only be placed upon the official Arabic version of the Resolution. ‫الالئحة التنفيذية لقانون تنظيم االتصاالت‬ Definitions ‫باب متهيدي‬ ‫تعريفات‬ Article 1: A. In implementing the provisions of these Regulations, any word or expression set out hereinafter shall have the same meaning as it has in the Telecommunications Regulatory Act or in the Fixed and Mobile Licenses issued by the Royal Decree No. 20/2004, and the Mobile licenses issued by the Royal Decree No 17/2005, unless the context requires otherwise. B. The following words and expressions shall have the meanings shown against each one of them, unless otherwise specified or required by the context: 1. The Act: The Telecommunications Regulatory Act aforesaid. 2. Fixed License: Class (One) License for the provision of Fixed Public Basic Telecommunications Services. 3. Mobile License: Class (One) License for the provision of Mobile Public Basic Telecommunications Services. 4. Member: Full time member appointed pursuant to the provision of the Act. 5. License Applicant: Any person who submits application to obtain a license to provide any telecommunications services or radio license including its authorized Agent. 6.
