2015 ‫الالئحة التنفيذية‬ Chapter Seven: Amendment or revocation of type-approval certificates, examination or inspection charges, issue, amendment or revocation of certificates Article 51 (7) of the Act Article 36: The Authority may amend or revoke the type-approval certificates if it was of the opinion that the telecommunications equipment that are issued with certificates are properly connected or installed may endanger the safety and health of any persons or any domestic animals or property or the operator’s network or staff, or that such equipment do not comply with the requirements published by the Authority. The certificate shall be void when a substantial change or upgrade the efficiency of the type-approved equipment The Authority may register the modification of the type-approved telecommunications & systems where such modifications are merely to the form but do not affect the network or it does not have possible or actual on the security and the electromagnetic conformity. Article 37: The Authority shall determine the typeapproval fees on type of the telecommunications equipment & systems, inspection & observation fees or issuing the certificate or amending them according to the decisions issued in this regard. ‫الباب السابع‬ ‫تعديل أو إلغاء شهادات املوافقة على النوعية ورسوم‬ ‫الفحص أو املعاينة أو إصدار الشهادات أو تعديلها أو إلغائها‬ ‫) من القانون‬7 – 51( ‫املادة‬ ‫ للهيئة تعديل أو إلغاء شهادات املوافقة على‬: )36( ‫املادة‬ ‫النوعية إذا ثبت هلا أن أجهزة وأنظمة االتصاالت اليت‬ ‫صدرت هلا الشهادات وربطت أو مت تركيبها بطريقة‬ ‫ من شأنها أن تعرض للخطر سالمة أو صحة‬،‫صحيحة‬ ‫اإلنسان أو احليوان أو املمتلكات أو شبكة املرخص له أو‬ ‫مو فيه أو أنها ال تفي باملتطلبات اليت مت نشرها من‬ .‫قبل اهليئة‬ ‫وتعترب الشهادة الغية يف حالة ادخال أي تعديل جوهري‬ .‫أو رفع كفاءة نوعية اجلهاز الصادر له هذه الشهادة‬ ‫وللهيئة تسجيل التعديالت على األجهزة واألنظمة‬ ‫احلاصلة على املوافقة على النوعية على أن تكون هذه‬ ‫التعديالت شكلية أو ال تؤثر على الشبكة أو ال يوجد هلا‬ ‫تأثري حمتمل أو فعلي على السالمة أو على املطابقة‬ .‫الكهرومغناطيسية‬ ‫ للهيئة حتديد رسوم املوافقة على نوعية‬: )37( ‫املادة‬ ‫أجهزة وأنظمة االتصاالت ورسوم الفحص واملعاينة أو‬ ‫إصدار الشهادات أو تعديلها وفقا للقرارات اليت تصدرها‬ .‫يف هذا الشأن‬ Chapter Eight Rules for using telecommunications services Article (51-8) of the Act Article 38: The licensee must verify the beneficiary identity by disclosing his identity paper and copy it before the activation of any requested telecommunications services.
