Article 84: The agreement shall not be enforced as per
Article (81) unless the licensee forwards the agreement
to the Authority for its approval; the Authority shall
make its decision within three months from the
submission of the application for approval. If the
Authority approves the agreement, it shall notify the
each party in writing. If the Authority does not approve
the agreement, it shall inform each party of the reasons
of its decision. Each party shall make whatever
adjustments necessary to the agreement in order to
comply with the Authority’s decision under this Clause.
Article 85: Where any amendment is made to an
interconnection agreement, the licensee shall submit the
agreement to the Authority for approval before that
amendment becomes effective. The Authority shall
make a decision within thirty working days and shall
inform the licensee of its decision in writing. If the
Authority does not approve the agreement, it shall
inform each party of the reasons of its decision. Each
party shall make whatever adjustments necessary to the
agreement in order to comply with the Authority’s
decision under this Clause.

الرررفض مسررببا وعليرره تعررديل االتفرراق وفقررا هلررذا

يلتررزم املرررخص لرره بإحالررة االتفرراق:)85( املررادة
وال يصرربح،للهيئررة يف حررال إجررراء أي تعررديل عليرره
التعرررديل نافرررذ املفعرررول إال بعرررد احلصرررول علرررى
وعليها أن تتخذ قرارها خالل ثالثني يوم،موافقتها
ويف حالرة،عمل وتبلغ املررخص لره بقرارهرا كتابرة
عدم موافقتها ختطره بقرار الرفض مسرببا وعليره
إجراء التعرديالت املطلوبرة للحصرول علرى موافقرة
