9 – To assign experts and consultants, in return to
execute the Authority`s functions for financial reward,
within his Finance limits.

10 – To prepare amendments proposed on telecom
license or radio licensing in accordance with the
provisions of the Act and take the necessary procedures
to become operative from the date of being approved
by then Board.
11 – To develop telecommunication license or radio
license.
12– To propose terms, specifications and technical
standards for telecommunications equipment for the
purposes of interconnection between peripheral devices
and telecommunications networks or interconnection
between the telecommunication devices of the licensees
and telecommunications systems, and take the necessary
procedures to execute after getting the necessary
approval by the Board.
13 – To assign and manage domain names to access the
World Wide Web (Internet) and in accordance with
regulations adopted.
14 – To specify telecommunication systems and
encryption equipment.
