4.7. The Communication Regulatory Commission will notify the decision-making authorities of the information about the measures taken electronically. 4.8. The competent organization shall submit the report on the measures taken within the framework of this regulation to the General Election Commission within the current year and shall openly inform the public through its website. Five. Functions of parties, coalitions, candidates and service providers 5.1. The mobile communication service provider and the internet service provider have the following responsibilities: 5.1.1. In order to ensure the implementation of the legislation on the election of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, to register the surnames, names, positions, mobile and landline phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of the executive management and technical team members who will cooperate during the election campaign with the Communications Regulatory Commission; 5.1.2. from the beginning of the election campaign to the day after the day of polling, to provide the conditions for the continuous implementation of the activities related to the implementation of this regulation; 5.1.3. In order to ensure the implementation of the functions specified in Sections 47.8 and 47.11 of Article 47 of the Law on Elections of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, conduct tests and ensure technical readiness before the election campaign period; 5.1.4. the internet service provider immediately restricts the offending domain name list /black-list.mn/ to its network; 5.1.5. the list of domain names in violation shall be updated every 4 hours from the beginning of the election campaign until the day after the election day, and if necessary, it shall be updated immediately; 5.1.6. the Internet service provider has enabled its Domain Name Server and Firewall to allow and respond to domain name queries and requests from IP addresses corresponding to "black-list" domain names; 5.1.7. to register the IP addresses of the Domain Name Server used by the internet service provider in the Communications Regulatory Commission; 5.1.8. to provide necessary information to the authorized institutions specified in Article 47, Clause 47.7 of the Law on Elections of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, and provide technological and professional methodological support; 5.1.9. to provide information required by the Communications Regulatory Commission from time to time; 5.1.10. the internet service provider will make it possible for all accesses in a user's one-time connection to go through one external IP address, and will store the information of the corresponding /external and internal/ addresses for a period of 1 month. 5.2. The online service provider has the following responsibilities: 5.2.1. conducting election campaign in accordance with the election laws of the State Great Khural of Mongolia; 5.2.2. to meet the technical and technological possibilities for the implementation and execution of the measures specified in Clause 6.3 of this regulation; 5.2.3. take technological measures to temporarily limit the advertising of parties, coalitions, and candidates from the day of the end of the election campaign to the day after the election day, or make it invisible to voters; 5.2.4. in case of election campaigning, prepare a report containing information about the person who ordered election campaigning and the payment of election campaigning within 30 days from the day after the day of election polling according to the template of
