It shall be the duty of the state to protect it in the manner prescribed by the law. – Private property shall be protected. No one shall be prohibited from disposing of their property except within the limits of the law, and no one shall have their property expropriated except for the public benefit, in the cases prescribed by the law, and in return for fair compensation. – Inheritance is a guaranteed right, governed by Islamic Sharia. – General confiscation of property shall be 1/20/2025, 3:02 PM
