፲፩ሺ፷፮ gA Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R፴፬ የካቲት ፲፱ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፩ ዓ.ም ሀ) 11066 የሲቪል a/ Employ, administer and dismiss employees in ሰርቪስ መርሆችን ተከትሎ ቦርዱ በሚያወጣው accordance with The Directive issued by the መመሪያ Board based on basic civil service principles; የአገልግሎቱን መሰረታዊ Federal Negarit Gazette No.34, 26th February, 2019 ….page ሠራተኞች መሰረት ይቀጥራል፣ ያስተዳድራል፣ ያሰናብታል፤ ለ) የአገልግሎቱን አመታዊ የሥራ ፕሮግራምና በጀት ለቦርዱ ያቀርባል፣ ሲፈቀድም ስራ ላይ ያውላል፤ b/ Submit Annual plan and Budget of the Service to the Board and implement same on approval; ሐ) የአገልግሎቱን ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ለቦርዱ ያቀርባል፤ c/ Submit Annual report of the Service to the Board; መ) ለአገልግሎቱ በተፈቀደው በጀትና የሥራ ፕሮግራም መሰረት ገንዘብ ወጪ ያደርጋል፤ d/ Effect expenditure in line with the Budget and work program approved for the Service; ‹ ‹ ‹ ሠ) ከሶስተኛ ወገኖች ጋር በሚደረጉ ግንኙነቶች ሁሉ አገልግሎቱን ይወክላል፤ ረ) ከቦርዱ የሚሰጡትን e/ Represent the Service in all its dealings with third parties. ሌሎች f/ Carry out such other activities assigned to him by ተግባራት the Board; ያከናውናል፡፡ ፫/ ዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚው ለአገልግሎቱ ሥራ ቅልጥፍና 3/ The Chief Executive Officer may delegate part of በሚያስፈልግ መጠን ሥልጣንና ተግባሩን በከፊል his power and functions to officials and ለአገልግሎቱ በውክልና employees of the Service to the extent necessary ተክቶ for the efficient performance of the activities of ኃላፊዎችና ሊያስተላልፍ የሚሰራው ሠራተኞች ይችላል፡፡ሆኖም ሰው ከሠላሳ ቀናት እርሱን ለሚበልጥ ጊዜ የሚሰራ ከሆነ ውክልናው በቅድሚያ ለቦርዱ ቀርቦ መፅደቅ ይኖርበታል፡፡ the Service.
