36 Laws of Malaysia Act 588 Decision 23. The decision of the Appeal Tribunal, on any matter, shall be decided on a majority of votes of the members. Enforcement of decision of Appeal Tribunal 23a.  Any decision given by the Appeal Tribunal may be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or an order of the High Court.
