Short Title “አዋጅ የኢትዮጵያ ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ዜና አገልግሎት እንደገና ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፸፫/፪ሺ፲፪ ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል”። This Proclamation may be cited as the “The Ethiopian News Service Re-establishment (As Amended) Proclamation No. 1173/2019.” 2. Amendment 1. The Ethiopian News Service Re-establishment ፪. ማሻሻያ ፩. የኢትዮጵያ ዜና አገልግሎት እንደገና ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፲፭/ ፪ሺ፲፩ እንደሚከተለው ተሻሽሏል። Proclamation No. 1115/2019 is hereby amended as follows. 2. Article 9 sub article (6) of the Proclamation is hereby ፪.የአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፱(፮) ተሰርዞ በሚከተለው አዲስ አንቀጽ (6): ንዑስ አንቀጽ ፮ ተተክቷል ፦ “፮.የአገልግሎቱ ሰራተኞች deleted and replaced by the following new sub-article አስተዳደር “6/ Issue Directive necessary for the recruitment, ያወጣል߹ተግባራዊነቱን promotion and administration of Employees of the ይከታተላል߹የአገልግሎቱን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ߹ ምክትል Service, ensure implementation of same, decide the ዋና ስራ salary, periderm and other benefits of Chief Executive የሚመለከት ቅጥር߹እድገትና መመሪያ አስፈጻሚዎች እና ሰራተኞች ደመወዝ ߹ አበል እና ልዩ ጥቅማ ጥቅሞች የመንግስትን አቅም በማገናዘብ Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officers and Employees of the Service taking into account the ይወስናል፤" Government capacity;” ፫.አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ 3.
