(3) Anfapplicationfforfthefrevocation,fextension,flimitationforfotherfvariationfofftheftermsfoffafcompulsoryf licensefshallfbefinfwritingfaddressedftofthefauthorizedfofficer. Provision of information or evidence in support of application 14.(1)f AfpersonfmakingfanfapplicationfunderfthesefRegulationsfshallfprovidefthefauthorizedfofficerfwithfsuchf informationforfevidencefinfsupportfoffthefapplicationfasfthefauthorizedfofficerfmayfrequire.
