(5) Iffinfthefcoursefoffexaminationfoffanyfplantfmaterialfdeliveredforfavailedftofthefauthorizedfofficerfunderf thisfregulationfanyfpartfthereoffisflostforfdamaged,forfisffoundftofbefunhealthyforfotherwisefunsuitable,f thefauthorizedfofficerfmayfrequirefthefapplicantftofsupplyfaffurtherfquantityfoffthefplantfmaterial. (6) Thef applicantf shallf atf allf reasonablef timesf availf tof thef authorizedf officerf suchf facilitiesf asf mayf bef necessaryf forf thef inspectionf off plants,f plantf materialf trialf groundsf orf otherf premisesf tof whichf thef applicationfrelates. (7) Thefauthorizedfofficerfmayfrequirefanfapplicantftofundertakeftrialsforftestsfinfconnectionfwithfthefplantf varietyftofwhichfhisfapplicationfrelates,fatfsuchftimesfandfinfsuchfmannerfasfthefauthorizedfofficerfmayf determine.
