65.5. The voter shall vote in the precinct of his/her permanent residence, and voter's votes shall be taken after completion of the procedure specified in Article 65.4 of this Law. 65.6. An authorized employee working at the polling station shall compare the voter's fingerprint with the electronic version of the voter's list, check whether the ink marks specified in Article 66.5 of this law have been made, and if there are no discrepancies, issue a voter's registration card. /This section was amended by the law of June 16, 2023 and will be enforced from January 1, 2024./ 65.7. Candidates and other unauthorized persons are prohibited from being in the polling station, and this does not apply to the person voting. 65.15. Voter registration will stop at 10:00 p.m. on the day of voting, and voter's vote will be announced after receiving the registration form. 65.16. Voting 66.1. The voter comes to the polling station with an identity card and votes in person. The voter marks and votes according to the instructions written on the ballot paper. /In this section "give in person." A voter who is unable to cast his vote in person due to his health condition, disability, or education level may cast his vote with the help of a citizen who is authorized to vote. 66.10. An authorized citizen specified in Article 66.9 of this law is prohibited from providing assistance to more than two voters. An employee, candidate, observer, or political official of an election organization cannot be a trusted citizen. 66.11. The sub-committee shall monitor whether the voting process is carried out in accordance with the law, and shall take measures to stop the violation of the voter's right to vote secretly. 66.12. The General Election Committee may take necessary measures to actively participate in the elections. 66.13.
