Impose any penalty or obligation or restriction on any person for exercising any rights or privileges offered by the Act or any issued licenses. ‫ب) فرض أية غرامة أو إلتزام أو قيد على أي شخص‬ ‫لقيامه مبمارسة أي حقوق أو امتيازات ممنوحة له‬ c. Frustrate the provision by a person of a telecommunications service that the person is able lawfully to provide d. To prevent the provision of any service of telecommunication services by any person who is able to provide Article 81: Second: .‫مبوجب القانون أو أي من الرتاخيص الصادرة‬ ‫ج)حظر توفري خدمة الربط البيين من قبل أي‬ .‫شخص يكون قادركا على توفريها‬ ‫د) منع توفري خدمة من خدمات االتصاالت من قبل أي‬ .‫شخص يكون قادرا على توفريها‬ ‫ اتفاقات الربط البيين‬:‫ ثانياك‬:)81( ‫املادة‬ Interconnection Agreements The licensee shall within three months of the another licensed operator request hold an agreement with him according to the limits and conditions stated in this framework to connect another licensed operator with the licensed systems to technically appropriate connection point to provide other telecommunications services which considered necessary to the other licensed operator to provide telecommunications services to its beneficiaries. In case no agreement within the specified period, the dispute shall be forwarded to the Authority according to Article (46) of the Act.
