2. Cause possibly to cause jeopardy or harm to any
person or properties.
3. Cause possibly to cause damage or intervene in the
licensed system work or disable telecommunications
services.
4. Not reasonable from scientific side in regard of the
licenses terms and conditions or not appropriate
from the technical or economic al side.
Article 83: The licensee shall be obliged that any
agreements held according to Article (81) shall be
transparent, objective not discriminatory, with
appropriate and reasonable condition shall include
the following:
1. The method required to establish and maintain
connections & the number of points of connection
to be established.
2. Access to and use of premises or land necessary
to support interconnection;

required;
4. The transmission capacity necessary to permit
effective interconnection;
5. The form in which signals must be transmitted
(including numbering and signaling methods) and
any special provisions required to maintain
acceptable signal quality;
6. Provisions for contingent obligations on either
of the parties as a result of the interconnection.
7. Provisions required for payment of charges and
rates;
