េធ្វេី ឡង ី េដីមបេី រៀបចំអំេពីឧ្រកដ ិ ្ឋ្របឆំងមនុស ជត្រិ តូវផ្ដនទេទស ក់ពនធនគរពី ២០ (ៃមភ) ឆន ំ េទ ៣០ ( ករេ្រតៀមេរៀបចំ មសប ំ ិ ) ឆន។ ្រតូវមនលកខណៈសំគល់េ យអំេពី ជក់ែស្ដងមួយ ឬេ្រចីន។ ចំេពះបទឧ្រកិដ្ឋែដលមនែចងកនុងជំពូកេនះ េទស The following additional penalties may be imposed in respect of the felonies defined in this Chapter: ឬស្រមប់រយៈ (1) forfeiture of certain rights, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; កលេបប ី ទ (2) prohibition from practising a profession in the practice of or in connection with which the offence was committed, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; បែនថមដូចតេទេនះ ច្រតូវបន្របកស៖ ជ ថ ពរ េពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ២-ករ មឃត់ចំេពះករ្របកបវ ិជជជីវៈ The planning must be characterised by one or more material acts.
