Transfer of Right and Obligation አገሌግልት ፭፻፴፫/፲፱፻፺፱ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page አዋጅ ተቋቁሞ ቁጥር 1/ The rights and obligations of the Ethiopian የነበረው Broadcasting Authority ባሇሥሌጣን established under the Broadcasting መብትና ግዳታዎች በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት Service Proclamation No. 533/2007 are ሇመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባሇሥሌጣን ተሊሌፇዋሌ፡፡ hereby የኢትዮጵያ ብሮዴካስት transferred to the Media Authority. ፪/ ማስታወቂያን አዋጅ በተመሇከተ ቁጥር በማስታወቂያ ፯፻፶፱/፪ሺ፬ 2/ ሇኢትዮጵያ The regulatory powers and duties vested ብሮዴካስት ባሇሥሌጣን ተሰጥተው የነበሩ in Ethiopian Authority as Broadcasting stipulated under the ሥሌጣንና ተግባራት በዚህ አዋጅ መሰረት Advertisement ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ ተሊሌፇዋሌ፡፡ 759/2012 deals about advertisement are Proclamation No. hereby transferred to the Authority. ፺. ዯንብና ፩/ 90. መመሪያ የማውጣት ሥሌጣን የሕዝብ ተወካዮች አዋጅ ሇማስፇጸም ምክር ቤት ዯንብ ይህን Power to Enact Regulation and Directive 1/ shall enact Regulation to implement ሉያወጣ this Proclamation. ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፪/ The House of Peoples‟ Representatives ቦርደ በዚህ አዋጅ በግሌፅ በተሰጡት 2/ The Board shall issue Directives on ጉዲዮች ሊይ እና በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ clearly stipulated issues under this አንቀጽ (፩) መሰረት ሇሚወጣ ዯንብ Proclamation አፇፃፀም መመሪያዎችን ያወጣሌ፡፡ enacted in accordance with Sub-Article and the Regulation (1) of this Article. ፫/ ፌትሏዊነትንና ግሌፅነትን ሇማረጋገጥም 3/ order to ensure fairness and ባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚያወጣቸውን መመሪያዎች transparency, አሳትሞ publish all of its Directives and make ሇሕዝብ ተዯራሽ እንዱሆን the Authority shall them accessible to the public. ማዴረግ አሇበት፡፡ ፬/ In ባሇሥሌጣኑ በረቂቅ መመሪያ የባሇዴርሻ አካሊት እና ሊይ 4/ The Authority shall organize ሕዝባዊ stakeholders‟ consultation and conduct አስተያየት መዴረክ ያዘጋጃሌ፡፡ ሁለም public hearings in respect of a draft directive. መመሪያዎች ሲወጡ ስሇመውጣታቸው All directives prescribed ought to be subject to a public notice. ባሇሥሌጣኑ ማስታወቅ አሇበት፡፡ [[[
