67. —(1) A n y person who i n Palestine attempts to organise,
prepare, aid or facilitate any attempt i n a foreign country by force
to destroy the constitution or the established order of the government oi that country is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for ten years.

(2) A n y person who by making any speech i n a public place or
i n a public gathering or by publishing any writing endeavours
to incite hostilities against the government of a friendly state, is
guilty of a misdemeanour.

68.
(a)
A n y person who :—
publicly pulls down, destroys, or does any act to injure
the flag or any emblem of Great B r i t a i n ; o r
( b ) publicly pulls down, destroys, or does any act to injure
the flag or any emblem of any friendly state, w i t h intent
to show hatred or contempt for such state,
is guilty of a misdemeanour.

69.
I n this chapter :—
" U n l a w f u l association" means :
(a) any body of persons, incorporated or unincorporated,
which by its constitution or propaganda or otherwise
advocates, incites or encourages any of the following
unlawful acts :—
(i) the overthrow of the constitution of Palestine by
. revolution or sabotage ;
(ii) the overthrow by force or violence of the established Government of Palestine, or of any other civilised
country, or of organised government;
(iii) the destruction or injury of property of the G o vernment of Palestine or of property used i n trade
or commerce with other countries or i n Palestine;
or which is, or purports to be, affiliated w i t h any
organisation which advocates or encourages any
of the doctrines or practices specified i n this
section.
(6) any body of persons, incorporated or unincorporated,
which by its constitution or propaganda or otherwise
advocates or encourages the doing of any act having
or purporting to have as an object the carrying out of
a seditious intention as denned i n section 60 of this
Code.
( c ) any body of persons w h i c h , being required by the law
i n force to notify its rules to the Government, has failed
to notify them, or, having been dissolved under the
said law, continues to meet.
A n d the said term further includes any branch, centre, committee, group or faction of an unlawful association, and any
institution or school conducted by or under the authority of an
unlawful association.
