4.1.1. during a pandemic, appoint a representative to cooperate with the restrictions on the cyberspace that misleads the public and
spreads blatantly false news and information, and register the surname, first name, position, mobile and landline phone number, and
email address with the Communications Regulatory Commission;
4.1.2. during a pandemic, to provide conditions for the continuous implementation of the activities related to the implementation of
this procedure for restricting the spread of false news and information in the cyberspace;
4.1.3. the internet service provider immediately restricts the offending domain name list /black-list.mn/ to its network;
4.1.4. sends domain name queries and requests to its domain name server and network security device (Firewall) from the IP address
corresponding to the domain name "www.black-list.mn" have the opportunity to consent and respond;
4.1.5. The IP addresses of the domain name servers (Domain Name Servers) used for internet services and the surname, first name,
position, e-mail address, and telephone number of the responsible employee to the Communications Regulatory Commission
register.
4.2. The online service provider has the following responsibilities:
4.2.1. during a pandemic in the cyberspace, appoint a representative to cooperate with the restrictions on the cyberspace that
misleads the public and spreads blatantly false news and information, and register the surname, first name, position, mobile and
landline phone numbers, and e-mail address with the Communications Regulatory Commission;
4.2.2. during a pandemic in the cyberspace, the technical and technological possibilities related to the implementation of this
procedure to limit the spread of false news and information in the cyberspace must be ensured.
Five. Responsibility
5.1. Any person or legal entity who violates this regulation shall be held accountable in accordance with the Code on Administrative
Offenses and other relevant laws.
