Obscene or Indecent Crimes Committed õሺíÿöñ Against Minors ንኡስ ክፍል ሦስት 1/ Whosoever intentionally produces, transmits, ስለሕገወጥ የይዘት ዳታ sales, distributes, makes available or possesses ፲፪. ለአካለ መጠን ባልደረሱ ልጆች ላይ የሚፈፀሙ ፀያፍ without authorization any picture, poster, video ወይም ለመልካም ጠባይ ተቃራኒ የሆኑ ወንጀሎች or image through a computer system that depicts: ፩/ ማንኛውም ሰው፣ a) a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct; or b) a person appearing to be a minor ሀ) ለአካለ መጠን ድርጊት ያልደረሰ በግልጽ ልጅ ሲፈጽም engaged in sexually explicit conduct; ወሲባዊ shall be punishable with rigorous የሚያሳይ፣ imprisonment ወይም from three years to ten years. ለ) አዋቂ ሰው ለአካለ መጠን ያልደረሰ ልጅ መስሎ ወሲባዊ ድርጊት በግልጽ ሲፈፅም የሚያሳይ፣ ቪዲዮ ስዕላዊ ወይም መግለጫ፣ ምስል ፖስተር፣ የኮምፒዩተር ሥርዓትን በመጠቀም ሆነ ብሎ ያዘጋጀ፣ ያሰራጨ፣ ለሽያጭ ያቀረበ፣ ያከፋፈለ፣ ሌሎች እንዲያገኙት ያመቻቸ ወይም ያለ ፈቃድ ይዞ የተገኘ እንደሆነ ከሦስት ዓመት እስከ አስር ዓመት በሚደርስ ጽኑ ሰው ወሲባዊ ይዘት ያላቸውን ንግግሮችን፣ ስዕሎችን፣ የጽሁፍ መልእክቶችን ወይም ቪዲዮችን sexual explicit conduct by transmitting or sending erotic speeches, pictures, text messages or videos through computer system እስራት ይቀጣል። ፪/ ማንኛውም 2/ Whosoever entices or solicits a minor for በኮምፒዩተር shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment from five years to ten years. ሥርዓት አማካኝነት በማሰራጨት ወይም በመላክ ለአካለ መጠን ያልደረሰ ልጅን ለወሲባዊ ድርጊት 13.
