(4) Any person aggrieved by decision of the Authority in any matter relating to number portability may appeal in the manner of appeals against decisions of the Authority as prescribed in the Act. Penalties 15. Any person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not less than five million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
