The Authority’s Decision Review Process 1/ Any person aggrieved by the decisions of the Authority or the Authority’s staff may request that the Authority review the decision of the Authority or of the Authority’s staff. 2/ In all cases in which such review is requested, the Authority shall issue a Public Notice informing the public that the decision is under review and shall allow interested members of the public an opportunity to make written or oral presentations concerning the request for review of the decision.
