P"p Q Yk–> %c?$ p‚ 4/ In accordance with the procedures established in Articles 35-38 of this Proclamation, in the event that the Authority finds that any Telecommunications Operator has engaged in any conduct that has the purpose or effect of substantially lessening competition in any Ethiopian telecommunications market the Authority shall: Á) G ŽI RE> N 7Q @%" E> n$ G_`9:;<=> OŒ‰² Q!
