the execution of this Act and shall have
the authority to appoint competent
official and issue a Ministerial

purpose of the execution of this Act.

Computer-related offenses
มาตรา 5
Section 5.
ผู้ใดเข้าถึงโดยมิชอบซึ่งระบบ
คอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีมาตรการป้องกันการ
เข้าถึงโดยเฉพาะและมาตรการนั้นมิได้มี
ไว้สำหรับตน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่
เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่น
บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Any person illegally accessing a
computer system for which a specific
access prevention measure that is not
intended for their own use is available
shall be subject to imprisonment for no
longer than six months or a fine of not
more than ten thousand baht or both.
มาตรา 6
Section 6.
ผู้ใดล่วงรู้มาตรการป้องกันการเข้าถึง
ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ผู้อื่นจัดทำขึ้น
เป็นการเฉพาะถ้านำมาตรการดังกล่าว
ไปเปิดเผยโดยมิชอบในประการที่น่าจะ
เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่น ต้องระวาง
โทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน
สองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Any person knowing of a measure to
prevent access to a computer system
specifically created by a third party
illegally discloses that measure in a
manner that is likely to cause damage
to the third party, then they shall be
subject to imprisonment for no longer
than one year or a fine of not more than
twenty thousand baht or both.

ผู้ใดเข้าถึงโดยมิชอบซึ่งข้อมูล
คอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีมาตรการป้องกันการ
เข้าถึงโดยเฉพาะและมาตรการนั้นมิได้มี

เกินสองปีหรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาทหรือ
